The wooden schooner Koivisto is the only remaining large sailing ship built in Finland. An association called Vanhat Purjealukset Ry, (Sosiety for repair and preservation of wooden vessels) is currently repairing the vessel to convert it into a training ship. This plate is manufactured in §984 and sold to raise funds for the project.
