Ordering Abroad at Dishwareheaven.com

Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them
to the shopping cart and by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering
the requested contact information will not be used for anything other than order delivery

Delivery methods and costs

For foreign orders, delivery costs are always calculated separately, depending on the size of the package and the country of delivery. We inform you of the total postage price for international shipments with separate payment instructions. The program charges 8 € part of the postage in connection with the order, which is taken into account when calculating the final postage.

Delivery time

Right of cancellation and return policy

The product must be returned by post within 7 days of the cancellation notice
in original condition and in original packaging. Return costs are under the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return connection.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or not otherwise corresponds to your order, you must report the error no later than 7 within one day in writing.

If the product or package is lost or damaged during transport, it is the customer's responsibility
make a complaint to the Post Office immediately.
